UNIVERSITIES

Our INDePth method prepares you to get in to your top choice University

Do you want to go to an excellent American or Canadian University?

Getting good grades alone doesn’t guarantee you a place in the university of your choice. 4 out of 5 students who meet the grades requirement won’t get an offer of admission from a top US university!

What does it take to be the 1 student who does get in? An application that demonstrates a clear and compelling narrative backed up with strong evidence of your strengths can give you the winning edge. Our guidance, essay workshops and mock interviews aim to make you be the 1. We work closely with students in their A levels construct their applications to get into top universities in the USA, Canada, and the UK.

We work with students through each step of the university applications process, helping you to create the best possible application that will position you to get in to a university at the top of your target list. This includes selecting the right schools to apply to, developing a plan for your application, crafting excellent essays, and ensuring that each element of the application package reinforces your core messages.

High scores on the SAT are highly correlated to offers of admission from competitive US colleges and universities. University admissions officers find it difficult to compare school performance of students coming from outside the US. The SAT provides a standard measure of their academic capability. While there may not be any cutoff scores below which applicants are rejected, many competitive US colleges report their SAT score ranges for admitted students that clearly define what is expected. The importance of performing on the SAT has grown in recent years, as students from more diverse school backgrounds compete for limited spaces in good universities.

What We Offer

Our unique and structured INDePth method is applied to the applications process. We work rigorously with applicants to develop their answers to the essential questions that are on the minds of the admissions officers. We do this in four key steps:

Identify

  • Which universities should I apply to and why?
  • What’s my dream school? What’s my back-up?
  • Should I focus on one discipline or multiple subjects?
  • Do I understand the difference between need blind versus need aware universities?
  • How should I maximize my chances of getting financial aid?

Narrate

  • What are top universities looking for?
  • What’s the story that I should tell about myself?
  • What do I need in order to build my story?
  • Where are the gaps in my story and how should I fill these?

Develop

  • How can I best tell my story through my grades, extra-curriculars, essays, and recommendations?
  • How should I write clear, inspiring essays that make universities interested in me?
  • How can I best describe my extracurricular activities to have impact?

Perform

  • Do my grades meet the academic threshold that my top choice universities are looking for? Which areas do I need to improve on?
  • How can my application make a stronger and more distinct impression on the admissions office?
  • How should I prepare for the final stage of the application process – the admissions interviews?

SAT Prep

We diagnose your areas of strength and weakness on the SAT, target where you should improve to gain the maximum advantage in score, guide your work in the identified target areas, and monitor your performance improvement. We understand that your time is limited, and therefore the smart approach is to focus on those areas where your investment of time and effort will result in the biggest score improvement.
